Vectis Bio is a wellness analytics and consult-marketplace platform. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose disease, and does not replace medical care. Our content, scores, and protocols are informational only.

Not medical advice. Not a substitute for a physician. Not insured care. The bookable consultations on the platform are between you and the licensed expert you book — Vectis Bio is the platform facilitating the connection, scheduling, and payment.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You're responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you log. Sharing accounts is prohibited.

Consultations are pre-paid via Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms are set per-expert and shown at booking. Vectis Bio charges a platform fee on each consult.

Don't use Vectis Bio to harass experts, misrepresent identity, scrape data, or for any unlawful purpose. We can suspend accounts for cause.

To the extent permitted by law, Vectis Bio's aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We don't accept liability for medical outcomes — those rest with the licensed practitioner who treated you.

We can update these terms — material changes are notified in-app with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after notice is acceptance.
